Cancellation Policy

1:1 Shuffle Coaching Policy By purchasing a 1:1 Shuffle Coaching session, you agree to the following terms: 🔹 Session Details Each session is 30 minutes, hosted via Google Meet or Zoom (you will receive an email with the link upon booking). Calls will be customized to your shuffle goals and can include technique feedback, combo help, freestyle tips, or festival prep guidance. 🔹 Booking & Rescheduling Sessions must be booked through the official scheduler provided after purchase. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Missed sessions or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. 🔹 Refunds & Cancellations All coaching purchases are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend and notify us more than 24 hours before your session, we’ll happily help you reschedule. 🔹 Technical Requirements Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, space to shuffle, and Zoom or Google Meet installed prior to your session. We recommend using a phone tripod or propping your device so your full body is visible during movement. 🔹 Member-Only Access Coaching sessions are currently only available to active VIP members of The Shuffle Vault.
