A program is a monthly training plan. Think of this as your workout split but for dancing. Each week you'll have associated tutorials to watch and drills to do based on your skill level (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). And each month will be a different focus (i.e. Cutting Shapes, speed, stamina, freestyling, etc.) A course is self-paced and designed to take whatever dance style you're learning to a new level. For example there is Beginner Shuffling, Beginner Cutting Shapes, Intermediate Shuffling, Intermediate Cutting Shapes and so on. Your membership includes both: Programs if you want to be told exactly what to train next, Courses if you'd rather explore at your own speed.

While shuffling is our main focus, we also have tutorials on Muzzing, House Dance, Sarro and more. We’re always looking to expand to include other EDM dance styles and even fitness content to help you dance your best!

Yes! You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, no questions asked. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period.

Nope! All you need is space to move and a willingness to learn. Sneakers and a smooth floor help, but we’ve had members learn from bedrooms, garages, and even driveways.
